At Hope and Wildflowers, we offer seasonal cut flowers grown with care and available at our small flower and produce stand and occasionally by special request. What began as a simple love of growing blooms on the family farm has blossomed into a lifelong passion. Over the years, tending the garden has become not only a creative outlet but also a source of peace and comfort through some of life’s hardest seasons. Now, I’m so grateful and excited to share that passion with all of you through Hope and Wildflowers.
Planting Hope in Difficult Times
In 2020, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, we decided to put up a small stand on our property to share a little light in uncertain times. We offered extra produce and fresh flower bouquets to bring peace and beauty when the world felt heavy. After the heartbreaking loss of my father to COVID in 2021, we built a new farm stand and a Little Free Library in his honor a space meant to help others find hope and healing through community and connection.
As our flower journey grew, I became part of the Growing Kindness Project, giving flowers freely to spread comfort and kindness. When the expenses of that program became too great, I began the Joy Vase initiative here at our stand. Each week, someone can nominate someone to be nominated to receive a bouquet as a reminder that they are seen, valued, and cared for while flowers are in bloom.
Today, we continue to grow a wide variety of seasonal flowers, with a special love for dahlias, which have become the heart of our gardens. We offer dahlia tuber pre-sales each fall, with shipping beginning in early spring.

At Hope and Wildflowers, we offer seasonal bouquets from the first spring tulips and daffodils to the last of our summer and fall premium dahlias. Bouquets are available wrapped or displayed simply in jars, with price ranges to suit every budget—follow us on Facebook for updates on what’s in bloom and available at the stand.
We are the founders of the Joy Vase, a heartfelt project that begins each summer around July and continues until our first frost. Visitors can stop by the stand to nominate someone special by placing a slip in the vase, and each week we select one person to receive a bouquet at no charge. It’s our way of sharing kindness and spreading joy throughout the community. One of our focal flowers here at our small cut flower farm is the dahlia, known for its stunning variety and vibrant blooms. We also offer dahlia tubers and seeds, with our fall pre-order sale opening each year for spring shipping. We take pride in offering a wide selection of premium dahlias and continue to learn, grow, and expand our collection each season.
