The Hope & Wildflowers Farm Stand operates on the honor system and is open daily from 9 AM to 9 PM, weather permitting. All items are clearly marked and priced, and we accept cash, Venmo, or PayPal.
Our Farm Stand and Honey Hut sit side by side, offering a wide variety of local goods, handmade products, and seasonal favorites. The Honey Hut features our own raw bottled honey along with a selection of beeswax and honey-based products, all made with care from our hives.
Over the years, we’ve been fortunate to welcome a few wonderful people and local makers who now help make the stand what it is. Mack and Bella offer their handmade soaps, Laura Lee’s Creations provides small-batch jams and jellies, and Moe’s Sourdough is available throughout the season. You’ll also find handcrafted keys, keychains, and pens from Smithry and Ava’s World, along with our seasonal produce, herbs, and flowers.
Behind the stand is a peaceful pollinator habitat, where visitors are invited to stroll along the paths and enjoy the butterflies, bees, and blooms in season. Nearby, our Little Free Library, built in memory of my late father, sits beside a Free Seed Library, encouraging others to grow gardens that welcome pollinators.
The stand itself was created in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic, when we wanted to do something meaningful for our neighbors and community by sharing extra blooms and produce during a difficult time. It was lovingly repurposed from an old shed where my father and I once volunteered, giving it new life and purpose. Just behind it, you’ll also find our Monarch Waystation, and we provide flyers with information on how you can create one of your own.
At Hope & Wildflowers, there’s always a little something for everyone from local honey and handmade gifts to fresh produce and a quiet place to enjoy the beauty of nature.
Open Daily from 9 AM to 9 PM.
Our Farm Stand and Honey Hut operate on the honor system and are completely self-serve. Each item is clearly marked and priced, and we gladly accept cash, Cash App, Venmo, or PayPal for your convenience.
During the colder winter months, the stand typically closes for the season but you can always follow along on our Facebook page for updates, seasonal offerings, and reopening announcements.
At our Farm Stand and Honey Hut, you’ll find a little bit of something for everyone to enjoy. We offer seasonal cut flower bouquets when available, along with fresh, bottled raw honey in a variety of sizes including half-pound, one-pound, two-pound, and quart jars with honeycomb. You’ll also find beeswax products such as hand-poured candles, lip balms, soothing hand creams, raw honey lollipops, and natural lip sugar scrubs. Throughout the season, we also offer fresh seasonal produce and herbs.
At Hope and Wildflowers, we’re proud to share our space with other talented local creators whose products reflect the same care and craftsmanship we value. At the stand, you’ll find Mac and Bella’s handcrafted seasonal soaps made with natural ingredients a perfect way to bring a touch of the garden into your home. Moe’s Sourdough and More offers delicious, fresh-baked goods made right here in our community and fully compliant with cottage food laws. When available, we also feature Laura Lee’s Creations with her homemade jams and jellies, as well as Smithery and Ava’s World, who create charming handmade keychains and seasonal pins. We love celebrating the creativity of our neighbors and hope that supporting these small businesses helps keep our local community thriving.
Beside our stand, you’ll find our Little Free Library and Little Free Seed Library both created to share the joy of learning and growing with our community. The Little Free Library was lovingly installed in 2022 in honor of Steph’s father, who passed away from COVID-19 in 2021. It’s filled with books for both adults and children, including favorites about gardening, nature, agriculture, insects, and the changing seasons. We also tuck in free bookmarks and stickers for visitors to enjoy. Everyone is welcome to take a book or leave one behind, and book donations are always appreciated. Right next to it, our Little Free Seed Library invites gardeners to share or pick up seeds a simple way to help one another grow something beautiful.
Just behind our stand, you’ll find our Certified Monarch Waystation and Pollinator Habitat, a space we’re lovingly growing to support butterflies, bees, and other vital pollinators. The garden is filled with native plants and features mulched walking paths, thanks to our wonderful neighbors who helped make it possible. Visitors are welcome to stroll the paths, take a seat on our butterfly bench, and enjoy watching nature at work. Over the past two years, we’ve seen a wonderful increase in monarch larva activity on the milkweed, a sign that our efforts are helping.
Last year, we also became certified Pollinator Stewards through the Pollinator Partnership, recognizing our commitment to conservation and education. We’re always learning more about how to benefit our pollinators and are excited to keep expanding the habitat each season. Free informational flyers about monarchs and pollinator gardening are available at the stand for anyone who’d like to learn and grow along with us.
